Rotary Switch Level Controller is used for level control in warehouses such as tanks, bunkers and silos where dust, fluid, granular materials are stored.
Working Principle :
The sensor is mounted in a suitable place where the material will be controlled. It is controlled by feeding from the 4-pin socket without opening the cover of the sensor and taking the contact outputs (NO-NC) safely.
It moves the flag at the end of the shaft circularly by means of a synchronous motor shaft. When the material reaches the sensor flag level, the rotation stops.
The motor itself moves and activates the connection output by getting rid of the two switches and the first one inside. Then it stops the engine by pressing the second switch.
After the material is lowered from the level, the motor returns to its former position and starts working again. The output becomes passive.
Led on the sensor cover shows the status of the output. It lights red when it is inactive, and green when it sees the material in active state.
The hardness can be adjusted by changing the spring position according to the density of the measured material.
